General tools needed for this task are saws, nails, hammer and chalk line; also a level is required for accuracy. For the inners of the house you must consider the electrics, plumbing, drainage and the insulation. Think about what roof tiles you will build the roof from. You will need to search for high quality insulation to protect the house from dampness and to keep the heat in during winter days and nights. Materials you need are PVC piping, water heaters, light fixtures and fittings, wash basins, baths. For these to be fixed in you will require wrenches, water proof glue, screwdrivers and electric drills will come in handy. For the outside of the house you will need cement for a concrete shell or alternatively wood, brick or stone. With all of these you will need concrete to cement on these materials for long lasting protection.
